Terms and Conditions – DLF The Westpark, Andheri West

1. Project Details & Approvals

All plans, layouts, specifications, designs, amenities, and features mentioned herein are subject to approval from the relevant authorities. DLF The Westpark is being developed in phases, and all information shared pertains specifically to the first phase (Towers T2 to T5), which is currently open for bookings.

2. Pricing & Area Clarification

All prices mentioned are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Pricing is based on RERA-approved carpet area and does not include statutory charges such as GST, stamp duty, registration fees, maintenance deposits, legal charges, and other government levies which shall be borne by the buyer at actuals.

3. Possession Timeline

Possession is expected by June 2032, subject to force majeure events, construction progress, and regulatory approvals. Delays arising from external circumstances beyond the control of the developer shall not be considered a breach of contract.

4. Booking & Allotment

Bookings are open from July 2025. All bookings are provisional and subject to confirmation upon receipt of booking amount, submission of required documentation, and execution of the agreement for sale. The developer reserves the right to accept or reject any booking without providing a reason.

5. Plans & Specifications

The layouts, elevations, floor plans, unit plans, and amenities depicted in brochures, websites, and promotional materials are conceptual and may be revised without prior notice. Furniture, fixtures, and accessories shown are for representational purposes only and are not part of the standard unit offering unless otherwise specified.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation of a booked unit will be subject to deduction of applicable administrative charges and taxes as per the company's policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the stipulated time period after cancellation formalities are completed.

7. Third-Party Services

The developer may appoint third-party vendors for construction, facility management, and other services. The developer shall not be held liable for any act or omission by such third parties unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising out of or in relation to this project shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra only.
